Refund policy

In the product pages under apparel, we have provided the size chart for your reference. Please do carefully review before choosing your size to avoid errors. After you place your order and want to change your order variant, please contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate the change as long as the item is not yet shipped. 

 

Unboxing Video Policy

Only defective or incorrect items under apparel may be exchanged. Kindly take a video when opening your package, this proof is required for us to process the replacement.

All return/exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days upon order receipt. Please send an email to colorbusterph@gmail.com with the video proof and wait for the confirmation before sending back the item.
